However, this is an accelerated course that spans 16 weeks of webinars, self directed learning and assessment activities and some experience in training and assessment would be beneficial.
To enrol in this course, you will need to provide evidence of your work experience and previous study (in any field). This is to ensure that you have the sufficient foundation skills to complete study at this level. This will provide an efficient learning environment for yourself and everyone involved.
- You need to:
- Demonstrate vocational competency. This ensures you have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively teach and assess learners in your field of expertise.
- Have a good understanding of technology and the internet. Having the necessary skills to navigate various technological tools and online platforms is essential to fully benefit from the course material.
- Provide copies of relevant qualifications, statements of attainment or trade certificates
- Provide a resume that clearly highlights your experience in the area you would like to teach and assess
- Be creative and have problem solving abilities so you can adapt to situations and find solutions
