Institute Director Ray Bredenkamp is a well-respected and highly skilled trainer and assessor with over 25 years’ experience in the VET Sector. He has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, automotive and retail. He brings extensive experience in management, specifically strategic and project management.
Ray’s training and consulting roles require him to advise and partner with businesses to achieve continuous improvement. His training sessions are big on content and focus on improved results. He is committed to providing clients with services that inspire and an opportunity to learn.

Elanè Haswell
Head Trainer
Elane has 10 years of experience in vocational training and assessment in Registered Training Organisations. She specialises in training the trainers of the future and has a passion for making learning fun and easy for people from all education levels and life experiences. She holds a bachelor of Psychological Science, Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, Diploma of Training Design and Development and a Diploma of Management.
