I will be the first female Trainer & Assessor that they have employed.I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the recent training that I received from the TAE Institute and would highly recommend you to future students. Since I have completed your course, I have contracted to a private RTO in the Building Industry and now received a contract with a large Builder Association. The course was exactly what you said it would be.I’m writing this email to say thank you to you and your team for what I found was a great learning experience. The course was exactly what you said it would be, one of the best I have attended, so much content and so enjoyable. Your instructions were spot on. Please pass on my appreciation to Elanè and Ian, you were all so patient with use and always there to assist. Best of all you guys made it fun to learn.

I am so pleased I came to you.I just wanted to send you a little email to say thank you for the wonderful TAE course you both delivered. I must admit I was a little scared after my initial brush with the Cert IV course some years ago (which I never completed due to bad training). I am so pleased I came to you. You delivered a comprehensive information packed course for all levels of people whilst along the way holding our hands and making it fun. I am so grateful that you both shared and passed your knowledge onto us and I can only wish to be half the trainer you are. I would also like to say another huge THANK YOU! This not only taught me some new things, it also confirmed that some things I was doing was right which is always handy to know if our not sure whether you are doing things correctly or not!

I would recommend Ray as a trainer to anyone! Ray Bredenkamp provided me with ongoing support and excellent insight into what is required to be an excellent trainer. Ray was very helpful at all times during the course and his extensive background in this field was demonstrated through his excellent knowledge of the topic and the professional way the class was conducted.

I would recommend Ray and his training to anyone taking the TAE certificate course.The course was conducted in a very professional manner and the learning was reinforced with practical sessions and reviews. Ray was very responsive to student questions and certainly knew the course content which made the learning experience so much easier and relevant.
